Vivian Z Stromatt, 60, passed on October 12, 2021. She was born to Charlie Zelander and Zelda Zelander in Rhode Island Corner, Vermont on April 26, 1961.
Together they raised 3 children Charlie (Elizabeth ), Heath (Step-Son) (Kimberley ), Kelsey (Step-Daughter). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
