Tsu-Huai "Louis" WangAGE: 95 • HockessinTsu-Huai (Louis) Wang passed away in his home on Friday, June 23, 2017 at age 95. Louis was born on June 7, 1922 in Zhejiang, China. He studied at University of Zhejiang on a full scholarship during WWII, and worked in Kaohsiung, Taiwan as a chemical engineer before immigrating to the U.S. in 1959. He earned a MS in chemical engineering from Louisville University. Louis worked at Seton Chemical Company for 33 years, beginning as a bench chemist and working up to vice president. Combining his abilities in engineering, finance, and research to solve problems brought him enjoyment throughout his life. Outside of work, Louis found happiness in gardening and his family. Louis was preceded in death by his first wife, Ju Chun Chen. His legacy will live on through his wife, Chia Yun; sons, Willie of Blufton, SC, David of Houston, TX, Charles (and wife, Laurie) of Wilmington, DE; daughter, Ting Ting of Taiwan; grandchildren, Christine (and husband, Todd Morris), Michelle, Stephen (and wife, Sheri), Stacey (and husband, Chris Jensen), Jessica, Ian, Evan, and Lindsay; and great-grandchildren, Jason, Trevor, Beau, and Dylan. A memorial service will be held at Wilmington Community Evangelical Church (WCEC) on July 7 at 11 am with a reception after. In lieu of flowers, please donate to WCEC or DE Lung Assoc., or Helen Graham Cancer Center of Christiana Care Health System.
