Timoteo Palacios, 66, of Tampico, Tamaulipas, passed Saturday, February 09, 2019. Timoteo was born September 21, 1952. He married Reyna Ramos, and they lived together in Tampico. Timoteo worked as a Business Owner until he retired in 2010.

Timoteo is survived by 4 children: Roberto Ramos (Silvia Ramos), Sulma Quiñones Ramos (Luis Quinoñes), Annarene Rodriguez Ramos (Kike Rodriguez), and Cheke Ramos (Eliza Gomez Ramos). He also is survived by 8 grandchildren.
