Thelma Bagwell NorrisClarksville, TNThelma Bagwell Norris, age 92, passed away on Monday, May 1st, 2017 at Spring Meadows Health Care Center in Clarksville, TN. She was born on July 15th, 1924 to the late Lawrence and Rosa Bracy Bagwell. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, William L. Norris.Mrs. Norris was a secretary and receptionist for twenty years at Jeff L. Norris, CPA. She was also a homemaker who loved to sew and collect antiques. She was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church and very devoted to her family.She is survived by two sons, Gary W. Norris (Joyce) and Jeff L. Norris (Debbie) both of Clarksville; daughter Judy N Weiland (Dennis), also of Clarksville; brother Billy Ray Bagwell (Sue) of Nashville; four grandchildren, Keith Norris (Beth), April Marklin (Clif), Drew Weiland (Rebecca) and Cortni Roy (Jason). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, Taylor and Stone Norris, Josh Marklin (Carrie), Ashley Marklin, and Avery and Haven Roy. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 4th at 11:00 a.m. at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday, May 3rd, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Gateway Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to the building fund of Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
