Frances Bailey, of Sweetwater, Tennessee, passed away on March 09,2026, at the age of 73. Born on March 2, 1953, Frances was the beloved daughter of Everett Sr. and Alice Upton.

Frances is survived by her loving daughter, Tiffany Bailey Carter. She was also a proud grandmother to one grandchild Jacob Carter. Frances has still living brothers and sisters- Alvin Upton, Lincoln Upton, John & Aza Upton, Stella & Samuel Dial, Aline Johnson, and plenty of nieces, nephews, & cousins.

Frances attended High Point High School, gratuated from Sweetwater Highschool, retired from Westinghouse and went on to lead a fulfilling life filled with love and laughter.

She also attended Mount Bethel Missionary Baptist Church 910 Wright street Sweetwater, Tn. where her memorial services will be held March 28,2026 1pm -2pm receiving friends and 2pm starts the memorial.

She will be remembered for her kind heart, warm smile, and unwavering dedication to her family.

Frances' passing was a result of ongoing heart complications/kidney dialysis. She leaves behind a legacy of love and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
