Suresh Raghubir passed away peacefully on May 14, 2024, in Queens, New York, at the age of 95. He was born on March 5, 1929, to Bulkesh Raghubir and Lalita Fazool-Raghubir.

Suresh was married to his beloved wife, Silvia Raghubir, in 1952. Together, they had two children, Yogita Raghubir-Morris (Joseph Morris) and Carmen Raghubir-Waldropt (David Waldropt). Suresh was a loving and devoted father and grandfather to his three grandchildren. Jolene Morris Chantal Waldropt & Jenna Waldropt and his great grandchildren, Jayden Caracciolo, Dominic Waldropt

Throughout his life, Suresh had a passion for gardening, music, and steel pan making. He found joy in nurturing plants, playing beautiful melodies, and crafting steel pans that brought music to life. He spend his time back and fourth between Trinidad and Tobago ( His Home Country) and the United States making sure all his grandchildren learned and knew about his crafts for gardening and music.

On May 14, 2024, Suresh Raghubir passed away from an Ischemic Stroke, caused by blood clots in the brain. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
