She was born on Jan 05, 1936 in Cheatham County, TN to Lloyd Mason Evans Sr. and Mabel (Ford) Evans. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Lee Maddox and one sister Louise Stotts and one brother, Lloyd Evans Jr.She is survived by her daughter, Dianne (Randy) Groce; brother, Billy Evans; sister, LaJune Denver; grandchildern, William (Kelly) Groce and Christopher Groce.
