Robert Hilliard, 83, of Oak Ridge, TN, left to be with the Lord on November 27, 2020, in the peace of his own home. Robert was born on April 06, 1937, to William Hilliard, a farmer, and Ecel Hilliard, a seamstress. He is preceded in death by both parents and siblings; a sister, Mildred McCasslin, and a brother, Paul Hilliard, as well as a daughter, Mindy Hilliard.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, a small memorial service was held for immediate family in lieu of a traditional funeral service. He may be gone, but his presence will always be felt by those closest to him in life.
