It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Maryann Rutledge, 80, of Staten Island, New York, passed on June 14, 2021. Maryann was born on May 15, 1941. Preceded in death by her late husband, Bob Rutledge of 40 years. Survived by her daughter, Cathy Yen, wife of Wilson Yen of Staten Island and sons, Joseph Rutledge of Texas, Michael Rutledge and his wife, Leeann Rutledge of Stroudsburg. Proud grandmother of Nicole, Anna & Dana Rutledge of Stroudsburg , Misty Demarco of New Jersey, Stephanie Wilson of Texas, Brandon Yen and Tyler Yen of Staten Island as well a great grandmother to 5 great grand children. Maryann was a loving mother and grandmother who loved going to her local church and spending time with her family. She spent 20 years living in Texas before returning to Staten Island after her husband passed to live with her daughter, Cathy. She will be deeply missed. The family will be having a small private service at their home as this was very unexpected and would like their privacy.
