Judy BaucomPalmyra, TNJudy Belle Hughes Baucom, age 67 of Palmyra, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2017.A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. William Gray officiating. Burial will follow at Myers Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service on Tuesday. Judy was born on February 15, 1950 in Clarksville, TN to the late Henry Mack Hughes and Sarah Adelle Lokey Hughes. She was a 1968 graduate of Montgomery Central High School and was a homemaker. She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church from 1981-2011 and was the Church Clerk there from 1984-2011. She is now a member of First Canaan Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of almost 50 years, Thomas Baucom; daughters, Melissa VanDyke (Quintin) Daye and Jackie M. Baucom; brother, Mike (Patty) Hughes; sisters, Elaine (Johnny) Wickham, Betty Hester, and Mildred (Timothy) Kirkpatrick; grandsons, Nicholas Dues, Noah VanDyke, and Andrew Wright; granddaughter, Alyssa VanDyke.
