Jose Sanchez Jr, 70, of Matamoros, Tamaulipas, passed Friday, January 18, 2019. Jose was born to Jose Sanchez Sr, and Elisa Marlena Martinez , July 15, 1948 in Matamoros, Puebla. He married Maria Guitierrez in 1970, and they lived together in Matamoros. Jose worked as a Rancher/Farmer.

Jose is survived by 6 children: Javier Sanchez (Camellia Villereal), Marialena Sanchez (Homero Martinez), Mary Cruz Sanchez-Prado (Jose Prado), Narcedalia Sanchez (Manuel Alonso), Jose Martin Sanchez , and Betolio Sanchez . He also is survived by 16 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 19, 2019 at La Casa del Pueblo in city of Santa Adelaida, Tamaulipas. His body will be laid to eternal rest the following next day in The Panteon de Flores at 6pm.
