Rhea and Grace Ratcliff Rhea. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Betty Joann Coleman Rhea.Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
