It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeanette Nelson, who was born on April 12, 1976, in Chicago, Illinois. She peacefully passed away on February 16, 2025.

Jeanette was the beloved daughter of Jonathan and Cassandra, and the loving spouse of Victor, whom she married in 2019. Together, they were blessed with three wonderful children, Antonio, Jania, and Samuel.

Jeanette was a devoted mother who always put her family first. She took pride in raising her children and supporting them in every way possible. She was a dedicated wife and a cherished friend to many.

In addition to her family life, Jeanette served her country with honor in the Navy. She was a dedicated and hardworking service member who made a lasting impact on those she served alongside.

Throughout her life, Jeanette touched the lives of all who knew her with her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and community.

Jeanette's battle with cancer was courageous, and she faced it with strength and grace until the very end. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
