Jeffery was the son of Jeffery Clark and Joanna Ellison. He was married to his beloved spouse, Sparkle Strickland, in 2014. Together, they were blessed with seven beautiful children: Jaylen Clark with spouse Dana Cage, Jayla Clark with spouse Dana Cage, Jayce Clark with spouse Sparkle Strickland, Ricasia Hutton with spouse Sparkle Strickland, Riania Strickland with spouse Sparkle Strickland, Rico Hutton with spouse Sparkle Strickland, and Kerieal Strickland with spouse Sparkle Strickland. Jeffery also had the joy of being a grandparent to two precious grandchildren.

Jeffery was known for his kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for his family. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and willingness to always lend a helping hand.
