She was born on May 27, 1956, in Knoxville, TN to John J Blankenship and Joan G Blankenship. She passed away peacefully at home with family by her side.Jan grew up in Farragut, TN and graduated from Farragut High School in 1974.Jan married Mark Pipkin in July 1981 and were happily married for 36 years.Jan is survived by her spouse Mark Pipkin of Lenoir City TN; her sons Matt Pipkin of Knoxville, Kelly Pipkin of Lenoir City, and daughter Suzanne LaManna of Kapa'a, Kauai; mother Joan Bondell Blankenship of Knoxville TN; sisters Carol Blankenship of Gilbertsville, New York and Sandra Jisr of Beirut, Lebanon; granddaughter Ariana Bradley of Johnson City, TN; and several nieces and nephews.Jan was preceded in death by her father John J Blankenship.Visitation will be held at Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel on Monday from 12-1:45pm with Funeral Service at 2pm.
