Gladys Sue ByrdPalmyra, TNGladys Sue Byrd, 78, of Palmyra, TN, passed away on Friday, June 9, 2017, at Spring Meadows Healthcare.Gladys was born on July 9, 1938, in Montgomery County, TN to the late Bailey Yarbrough and Lucy Biter Yarbrough. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. Byrd.Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, June 11, 2017, at 2:30 p.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Tim Ferrell officiating. Burial will be at Yarbrough Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2017, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. and Sunday, June 11, 2017, from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.Gladys was retired from Jostens.
