Eugene Jesse Bennett, 94, of Sparta, Tennessee, passed away on November 8, 2023, in Williamson, Tennessee. He was born on June 30, 1930, in Sparta, Tennessee. Eugene was an amazing dad, grandpa, and just an all-around good human that never met a stranger. He loved animals and would take in every dog and cat he ever ran across that needed a home.

Eugene is survived by his four children, ten great-grandchildren, and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by Rose Bennett and Cathie Amonette.

Visitation with the family will be held on Monday, November 13th, 2023, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, November 15th, 2023, at 2:00 PM with Bro. David Wall officiating. Burial will follow in the Forrest Hill Cemetery.
