Douglas Lowe, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on April 21, 2024, in his home in Oliver Springs, Tennessee. He was born on January 4, 1950, to Theodore (Ted) Lowe and Rosanna Lowe.

In 2003, Douglas married the love of his life, Joy Ann Lowe, and together they raised three children: David Lowe (married to Sarah Lowe), Amber Lowe (married to Chris Hamren), and Mauri Lowe (married to William Jackson). He was also a proud grandfather to four grandchildren.

Douglas studied at Oliver Springs High School and graduated in 1968. He was passionate about grilling, fishing, and watching all sports.

Throughout his life, Douglas was known for his kindness, sense of humor, and dedication to his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
