Paul Scott will officiate. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 6, 2016 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home and on Monday, November 7, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Don passed away on Thursday, November 03, 2016. He was born on November 12, 1943 in New York to Harold and Grace Fox. He served in the United States Army, and later attended University of Tennessee and graduated from Austin Peay State University. He was a member of the VFW Lodge and the Chicken Fried Golf Tour. He was self employed and retired from Tennessee Tech. Don loved golfing, fishing and the UT Vols, though his greatest love was his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Libby Anderson Fox, daughters, Donna (Kevin) Cook and Chrissy Fox, brothers, Tom Smith and Jim Fox, sister, Jodie (Rudy) Chavez, granddaughters, Miranda Cook, McKenzie Lange, Sara Cook, and Gracie Jernigan.
