Debra McKinney passed away on May 16, 2024, in Dyersburg, Tennessee, at the age of 64. She was born on August 28, 1959, to proud parents George Price and Irene McKinney.

Debra is survived by her six beloved children: Laroy Salter, Adrian Salter, Andre McKinney (spouse Angie McKinney), Shawntrail McKinney (spouse Kerri McKinney), Claude West (spouse Mya West), and James Cole Jr (spouse Bree Cole).

Debra was known for her infectious laughter, kind heart, and love for her family. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, and never missed an opportunity to make memories with them.

She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
