Curtis "Captian" RobinsonA much-loved husband, uncle, godfather, son, and brother, Curtis Robinson, 77, of Grandbay, Al, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2018. He was born July 22, 1941, in Georgia, and resided in Grandbay, Al for the past 15 years.Curtis was a lover of the ocean. Curtis loved fishing, playing dominos and spending time with his "peaches". He was the ultimate shrimper and fisherman, always prepared and making sure everyone else was prepared and had what was needed.He is survived by his goddaughter Artemiyia Smith; stepson Qurintaurus Bright; devoted niece India Hollis; a host of brothers and sisters; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Brenda Bright; father and mother Herbert Robinson and Onedda (Williams) Robinson; As well as, several sisters and brothers.A balloon release will be held at 4:000 p.m. Friday, October 26, 2018, at his apartment homes. The family will take his ashes to there the final resting place along the oceanside of Flordia. The family would like to thank everyone for their support and concerns during this time of grief.
