Carolyn Williams Stokes, 81, passed on January 23, 2022. She was born to Oliver Cary Williams and Nell Francis Williams in Detroit, Michigan on May 31, 1940.

She married Glen Edward Stokes in 1971 and they lived together in Auburn, Alabama. Together they raised 2 children Fedrick (Rick) B. Lutz, III (Kimberlee Lutz), Connie Stokes Lake (Robert (Bobby) Charles Lake, Jr.). She is also survived by a stepson James (Jim) Edward Stokes (Denise B. Stokes), nephews Rick and John Williams, niece Wendy Vargus and 8 grandchildren.

Carolyn worked as a Registered Dietician and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.

Carolyn will be laid to rest next to Glen, who preceded her in death, on March 25, 2022, at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery.
