Duncan, 50 Newark, Delaware departed this life peacefully on December 1, 2025 in the city of Newark. He attended Milton Hershey School in Hershey, Pennsylvania. While at Milton Hershey he excelled in football, wrestling, and track and field. After graduating high school in 1993, Tony earned an athletic scholarship to play football at West Chester State University in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Tony, as his friends and family called him was always exuberant and filled with life, especially when he was in good company.Tony began working the local bar scene in both the Wilmington and Newark areas. It was as a bartender and server where his vibrant personality was on full display. Tony would often discuss his favorite football team, The Dallas Cowboys, with customers. His quick wit, infectious laugh, and friendly demeanor were witnessed by those who crossed his path. When Tony wasn't behind the bar, Tony could be found watching UFC fights, practicing martial arts, or watching a vast array of sports, particularly NFL or college football.
Left to cherish their memories are his siblings, brothers Martin L., Alan L. Duncan, sister Camille Duncan Donohue. Other surviving relatives include his Aunt Cecilia Reid Duncan and Sister-in-Law Lakiesha Donohue. Tony was also an uncle to a host of nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his parents Louis and Barbara T. Duncan. Tony will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
