Celebration of Life for Willie Anthony Spears Jr. Willie Anthony Spears was born on June 4th,1939 in New Orleans , LA. To Elizabeth ( Populus) Spears and Willie Anthony Spears Sr. Willie Jr. attended High School in Chicago where he met and married Marian Clayton, in this union 2 Children were born. Raymond Anthony Spears and Willie Anthony Spears III. Willie enlisted in the U.S .Army and became a part of the 101st Airborne, from which he served honorably with distinction. After being honorably discharged he gained employment with The Chicago Board Of Education where he remained until he retired. he continued to live a modest, quiet life until his death on Sunday May 12th, 2024. His parents Elizabeth , and Willie Anthony Senior, Wife Marian Clayton Spears, Son , Willie Anthony III, siblings Tyrone Anthony , Thaddeus Michael, Philicia Elizabeth preceded him in death. He leaves

 to mourn his passing his Son Raymond Anthony Spears, grandchildren, Christopher Sr, Jessica, Tammy, great grandchildren, Christopher Jr ( CJ ), Cindy, Cameron, siblings Patricia Mary ( Martin), Linia Marie, Pensa Ann ( Eric ), Errol Phillip ( Angela), many Neices and Nephews of which he had a close relationship with his two neices Kelana Thomas McKnight (Jaton ), Alicia P. Thomas Day ( James ), of Cedar Rapids Iowa. They looked after Willie when his health failed him, many many cousins in ,New Orleans, Chicago, Houston, Birmingham, Atlanta ,Los Angeles .Oh and by the way I almost failed to mention his Special pet German Sheppard ,Lady who also preceded him in death. Willie was definitely one of a kind very much loved and will be sorely missed ❤️
