LAURINBURG — William Thomas White, 47, passed away on March 12, 2014.

He was born on Dec. 13, 1966 in Scotland County, son of Linda A. Strider White and the late William T. White, Jr. He worked as an electrician and was a longtime employee with Earl's Electrical Heating and Air. He loved tinkering on cars and computers and reading. He was also preceded in death by his brother Heath White.

William is survived by his daughters Kristin Schneider and husband Benny, Taryn White, and Hayley White all of Goldsboro, his mother Linda White of Laurinburg, brother Warren White of Laurinburg, five grandchildren, two nephews, his special friend Lynn Clark of Maxton, and a host of family and friends.

The family will have a memorial service at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Northview Harvest Ministries officiated by Pastor Kenneth Blease. A private interment will be at a later date
