Reverend William A. Sosbe1941 - 2016Reverend William A. Sosbe, 74, of Kenosha passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2016, in Kenosha with his children by his side. William was born on Sept. 8, 1941, in Kenosha to Everett and Bernice (Shultis) Sosbe, and he graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School. William owned the Philip 66 gas station in Kenosha with his step-father, Harold Owen, for many years and drove semi-truck for different companies throughout the years. He received the calling from the Lord and attended the International Bible College in San Antonio, Texas and received his degree in theology from Church of God Seminary in Clarksville, Tenn., in 1962. William was a pastor for many years to churches in Wisconsin and whole heartedly supported Front Line Missions out of Zapata, Texas. His greatest joys were being a father, a grandfather, serving the Lord through ministry and helping people in need.He was preceded in death by, his father, Everett Sosbe; mother, Bernice Owen; step-father, Harold Owen; a brother, Donald Sosbe; and infant grandson, DeMonte'.William is survived by his four children, William Sosbe of Racine, Judith Sosbe of Milwaukee, Janet (Daniel) Ladurini of Lake Forest, Ill., Janell Sosbe of Milwaukee; six grandchildren, Ashley, Christopher, Brandon, Kianna, Daniel and Sophia; one sister, Mary Lou Emory of Lakeland, Fla.; as well as other family and friends.A visitation for William will be held at the Hansen-Lendman Funeral Home on Thursday, Aug. 11, 2016, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. A service will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. at the chapel in the new mausoleum at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park with interment to follow.Hansen-Lendman Funeral Home6019 7th Avenue262-654-2136www.hansen-lendmanfuenralhome.com
