William Kennedy of Horseheads, New York, passed away on January 23, 2025, just three days shy of his 23rd birthday. He was born on January 26, 2002, to proud parents Scott and Angela Kennedy

William was a graduate of Horseheads High School, class of 2020. He was actively involved in the Town and Country Volunteer Fire Department, where he dedicated his time and energy to helping others. William also proudly served in the Air Force as an Airman First Class.

Despite his young age, William had a passion for firefighting and serving his community. He had a contagious smile and a heart of gold, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.

William is survived by Parents Scott and Angela Kennedy, Siblings; Nikolas Kennedy, Alexandretta Kennedy (Abigail Cleary), and brother Dillon Kennedy along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Prior calling hours will be held Tuesday January 28th at 11 a.m. at Bethany Lutheran Church 256 S Walnut St. Elmira NY, 14904. Private services will be held afterwards at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park at a later date.
