We are saddened to announce the passing of William James, who left us on June 30, 2024, at the age of 74 in Alabama City, Alabama.
William was born on August 5, 1949, to parents Frederick Dmarion James and Miriam Mari James. He married his beloved spouse, Sariyah Marie Avery-James, in 1966, and together they raised three children: William Fred James Jr, Jah’mir Deandre James, and Ceterry Isah James.
William was a loving husband, devoted father, and proud grandfather to five grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
