William Carter Sr. passed away on March 2, 2025, in Orlando, Florida, United States, at the age of 72. He was born on March 2, 1953, to Terry and Marie Carter.

William was a beloved husband to Linda Carter, whom he married in 1979. Together, they had two children, William Carter Jr (spouse Marina Carter) and Gerald Carter (spouse Elizabeth Carter). William was also a proud grandfather to five grandchildren.

He attended Mount Dora Christian Academy for high school and went on to graduate from the University of Illinois in 1977.

William worked at Ford Motor Company for many years and retired in 2010. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, bowling, basketball, and hockey.

William will be remembered for his kind heart, sense of humor, and love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

William Carter Sr. passed away due to a heart attack. He leaves behind a legacy of love and memories that will be cherished forever.
