Willard Wilson, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away unexpectedly on January 12, 2024, in Kalamazoo, Michigan at the age of 78. He was born on June 11, 1945, to Leo and Twila Wilson.
Willard married his loving wife, Charlotte Wilson, in 1999, and together they built a beautiful blended family. Willard was a devoted father to his five children: Tammy, Bobby (spouse Jessica), Kimberly, Tony, and Heather (spouse Jake). He was also a proud grandfather to 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He loved being a papa!
Willard dedicated many years of his life to his work at Lear Corporation in Marshall, where he eventually retired in 2003. Outside of work, Willard had a passion for NASCAR, fishing, and slot car racing. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends watching races, hosting summer cookouts, casting a line, and racing slot cars.
Willard will be remembered for his kind and generous spirit, his quirky sense of humor, and his unconditional love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
