Wayne Thomas Stutts Obituary

Feb 04, 1954 - Dec 12, 2024

This obituary is administered by:

Wayne Stutts, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on December 12, 2024, in Calhoun, Louisiana. Born on February 4, 1954, to Warren Stutts and Theresa Housley, Wayne lived a full and vibrant life.

Wayne was a proud Marine Corp veteran, achieving the rank of E-5 during his service. He also worked as a Public Servant, dedicating his time to serving his community. Wayne's commitment to his work was matched only by his love for his family.

Wayne is preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary Stutts.

Wayne is survived by his son Wade Stutts and daughter-in-law Jennifer, six adoring grandchildren, Anaelise (Caleb), Ava, Hayden, Indrid, Alexei, and Haven, one great grandchild, and countless nieces and nephews. Wayne's family was the light of his life, and he cherished every moment spent with them.

By his side until the very end were his brother-in-law Paul, his wife Amanda, and their three children Jake, Caryn, and Taylor.

In his free time, Wayne enjoyed watching LSU football, fishing, and being with his loved ones. He had a great sense of humor and could always make those around him laugh.

Unfortunately, Wayne's battle with cancer came to an end, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. Rest easy Pops, you will be deeply missed.

You can to the family or in memory of Wayne Stutts.
