Wayne Ross FennNew HarmonyWayne Ross Fenn, age 93, passed away on May 25, 2017, in Cedar City, Utah. He was born on November 11, 1923 in Colonial Juarez, Mexico, to Joseph Hyrum and Ada Ione Fenn.Wayne spent his early years through his teens in Mexico where he became a very accomplished cowboy on the family cattle ranch. At age 19, he came to the United States and volunteered for the U.S. Army during WWII. During that time Wayne married. After his military service and with his new family, they traveled and lived throughout the west enjoying all the beauty and opportunities it affords. Wayne retired in New Harmony, Utah where he and his horse Waco, enjoyed a quiet and fulfilling life. Wayne is survived by four of his five children and a host of loving friends.Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 2, 2017 at the New Harmony LDS chapel at 11:00 a.m. The family members will gather at 10:30 a.m. for a family prayer.
