Wayne Gwynn, beloved husband of Cecilia Wells Gwynn, passed away on September 27, 2024 in Salem, Oregon, United States.

Wayne was born on December 19, 1928, and lived a full and joyful life surrounded by his loving family. He proudly served in the Navy and was a dedicated husband and father to his four children: Lisa, Lynette, Terri, and Roxie.

Wayne had a passion for gardening and spent countless hours tending to his beautiful rose garden. He also had a love for classical music, writing poems, football, and traveling to new places. In his free time, Wayne could be found outdoors enjoying hiking, fishing, camping, and playing softball with friends for over 40 years.

He will be dearly missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on through the countless lives he touched along the way.
