Wanda Vukmirovich, of Lynchburg, Virginia, passed away on November 11, 2024, at the age of 89. She was born on June 22, 1935She was preceded in death by her parents Carl Winfield and Lula Cash Wingfield, her husband Peter Vukmirovich, her daighter Chiquita Candler her brother Carlton Wingfield and her sister Rachel Simpson. She is survived by her son Randall Candler and wife Debbie. She was a proud grandmother to three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren !

Wanda enjoyed her career as a bus driver for Campbell County and Holy Cross Schools. She loved her home that she shared with her dog Bentley and was very blessed with great friends and neighbors ! She brought joy and laughter to everyone she met and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Wanda's memory to Lynchburg Humane Society.
