Walter Evans, 60, of Palm Springs, California, passed away Friday, October 03, 2014. He was born to Charlie S. Evans Sr., and Louise Tate, June 21, 1954 in Decatur, Georgia. Walter graduated from Palm Springs High School in 1971 and attended College of The Desert for two years. He married Brenda J Evans in 1972, and they lived together in Palm Springs.

Walter worked at the United States Marine Corps until 1976. He also worked at Waste Disposal in Palm Springs, Ca.

Walter is survived by 4 children: Walter Evans Jr, Latisha R Evans, Ronnie L Evans, and Natasha R Adeloye. He also is survived by 11 grandchildren.
