August 3rd, 1940 - February 4, 2019 Waletha A. Higgins of Fontana California passed away Monday February 4, 2019 at her home. Mrs. Higgins was a graduate of UC Santa Barbara. Over her life time she was active in both the Fontana Community Church and the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. Mrs. Higgins was the daughter of the late Richard and Virginia Barnett of Temecula California. Mrs. Higgins taught 10th grade at Jefferson High School in Los Angeles, Ca for over 30 years.. She is survived by her loving her loving husband Donald Higgins of 60 years; Three children Karen Higgins of Pomona, Erika Higgins of Indianapolis, IN, and Ward Higgins of Fredericksburg Virginia. Waletha was the center of everyones heart, and she wil be truly missed.
