She was born on September 12, 1930 in Chambersburg. She is survived by sons, Robert and wife, Norlynn of Chambersburg and Ronald and wife, Glenda of Orrtanna; daughter, Cynthia (John) Morrison and husband, Russell of Fayetteville, six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her partner of many years, Roy Ensminger. She is preceded in death by her mother, Renna (Cramer) Kirkpatrick; father Daniel Rohrer; husband, Charles E. John, Jr.; and sister, Judith (Rohrer) Ebersole. Ginny worked for many years as a Certified Practical Nurse and enjoyed singing, dancing and bowling. She loved her family, her friends and her dogs. She was a member of The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 46 in Chambersburg. Private inurnment will be at Park Lawns Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Please join the family for a celebration of Ginny's life on October 14, 2017 from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Chambersburg American Legion Post 46, 755 Philadelphia Avenue.
