Vincent Traylor, a beloved member of the Wichita community, passed away on May 25, 2026, at the age of 70. Born on July 5, 1955, Vincent was known for his kind heart and infectious laughter. He was a dedicated friend and neighbor, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Vincent had a passion for gardening and enjoyed spending time outdoors, tending to his beautiful flower beds. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Vincent's legacy of kindness and compassion will live on in the hearts of those he touched.

He was born and raised in Wichita, where he proudly spent much of his life contributing to his community. Vincent worked as a dishwasher at the Doubletree by Hilton Airport, a role through which many came to know his steady presence and enduring work ethic.

Vincent is survived by his beloved children, Metra Bell and Tara Dean, and a host of grandchildren whose lives he touched deeply. He also leaves behind his sister, Beverly Lewis, and Andrea (Judy) Gentry, each of whom cherished their bond with him. Furthermore, Vincent's life was enriched by a devoted host of family and friends who supported and cared for him.

Vincent was preceded in death by his parents & daughter Angela Traylor, whose memory he carried with him throughout his life.

He will be remembered with respect and fondness by all who knew him, and his legacy will continue through the love and memories shared with his family and friends in Wichita and beyond.
