Cavender, Victoria J. 46, passed away on March 24, 2016. She was born on October 10, 1969 in Paducah, Kentucky, to Ralph and Susan (Armstrong) Suter. Preceded in death by her mother and a brother, Ralph Suter, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Randy Cavender of Rose Hill; father, Ralph Suter, Sr.; and sister, Deborah Humble, both of West Virginia.
