It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Vicky Sanders, who was born on July 10, 1958, in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Vicky passed away on January 11, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Vicky was the daughter of Fred and Velma Ruth, she has two brothers Scott Ruth of Michigan.Tony Ruth of Lititz Pennsylvania and one sister Shelly Ruth of Ocala Florida. She was beloved wife of Jon Sanders, whom passed in 2018. Together, they raised one daughter, LeAnn Sanders, who resides at home. Vicky worked at Lancaster General Hospital before retiring in 2014, also dedicated her time to helping out at St. John's Catholic Church, an organization that was near and dear to Vicky's heart.

Aside from her family and community work, Vicky had a passion for horses. She spent countless hours riding, caring for, and admiring these majestic animals. Her love for horses brought her a sense of peace and joy that she shared with everyone around her.

Vicky will be remembered for her kind and gentle spirit, her unwavering devotion to her family, and her love for all living creatures. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
