Troy D. HotzPORT CLINTON: Troy D. Hotz, 48, passed away unexpectedly on November 22, 2016. He was born on December 29, 1967 in Fremont, OH to James and Rosanna (Dayringer) Hotz. Troy attended Fremont Schools. He was the owner of First Choice Property Management where he managed condominium associations in Port Clinton and Fremont. Troy was a member of the Moose. He was an avid football fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Dallas Cowboys. Troy enjoyed gambling and playing Keno at lunch. But most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids. On December 11, 1987, Troy married Kathy Walker at St. John's Lutheran Church, Fremont; she survives. Also surviving are children, Ty (Meghan) Hotz of Fremont, Heather (Spencer) Kirby of Fremont, and Brad (Abby) Hotz of Port Clinton; grandchildren, Carson, and Skylar; mother, Rosanna Hotz; and siblings, Richard Hotz, Mark (Anita) Hotz, and Dennis (Tricia) Hotz.He was preceded in death by his father, Jim and brother, Jeffrey Scott Hotz.Visitation will be held Sunday, November 27, from 1-3 & 5-7 p.m. at the Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 28, 2016, 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
