Trevor S. Sholtis, 46, a resident of Houston, Texas, passed away on October 23, 2016 at Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital in Houston. He was born on December 12, 1969 in Painesville. Trevor was a diesel mechanic for an oil company in Houston. He attended Jefferson Area High School and enjoyed creating all types of synthesizer computer music, collected comic books, and riding his motorcycle. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy (Gillespie) Sholtis; children, Carlyze and Trelyn Sholtis; siblings, Timothy (Sheila) Sholtis of Manor, GA, David (Jeanette) Sholtis of Fairport Harbor, Jennifer Cunningham of Painesville, and Rebecca (Patrick) Etringer of Missouri City, TX. Trevor was preceded in death by his father Dennis Sholtis in 2015; paternal grandparents, Steven and Agnes Hritz; and maternal grandparents Frank and Jean Gillespie. Private services will be held at a later date.
