TORI NICOLE HOLM VALPARAISO, IN Tori Nicole Holm, 30, of Valparaiso, passed away on Wednesday, November 2 at her home. She was born on November 24, 1985 in Valparaiso to Dr. Steven and Lynn (Hass) Holm. Tori was a graduate of Chesterton High School in 2004. Tori was a person who loved life, always greeted you with a smile, a hug, and a high five. She enjoyed bowling, swimming, and golf with Special Olympics, for which she won several medals. She loved to travel. Her favorite destinations were Florida, especially Disney World, Las Vegas, where she loved to see shows and gamble, and also enjoyed visiting her cousins, aunts, and uncles at Christmas and the 4th of July. Tori also loved to write stories and would spend hours at the computer dreaming up places, characters, and story lines. Tori was the family restaurant critic. She knew every menu at every restaurant she traveled. Tori is survived by her parents, Dr. Steven and Lynn Holm; sister, Courtney (Micheal) Kozinski; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation will be held Saturday, November 5, 2016 from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM at Moeller Funeral Home, 104 Roosevelt Rd., Valparaiso with a Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Angelcrest Cemetery, Valparaiso. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the VNA Hospice 2401 Valley Dr., Valparaiso 46383.
