Tomas Barragan Mata, 35, of Savanna, Illinois, United States, passed Thursday, December 26, 2019 while vacationing in Mexico. Tomas was born May 28, 1984.

Tomas was preceded in death by his mother, Gloria Mata.  He is survived by his father Miguel Barragan, a sister Rosa Barragan Mata of Savanna, three brothers Roberto Barragan Mata, Fernando Barragan Mata, and Miguel Barragan all of Savanna, a sister Marisa Garza of California, and sisters Lisa Nino and Kani Weekes of Burkburnett, Texas.  Tomas has numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Friends, Nieces and Nephews that will miss him and mourn in the loss.

Tomas will be buried with his mother in Mexico.  A private family memorial service is being planned for Wednesday January 1st in Savanna, Illinois.
