Timothy Hillard, 5, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed on November 09, 2023. Timothy was born on April 16, 2018. He lives to cherish his Mom Kayla Gordon and Father Billy Hillard. Timothy was a very sweet, outstanding, joyful kid. He fought a hard fight but he never allowed that to deter him from the task at hand. He loved to play hot wheels and build with his legos just to see how tall he could build. Timothy will be truly missed.
