MANCHESTER - Theodora Rose Bukowski, 89, passed away on December 5, 2016. She was born on October 4, 1927 to Joseph and Virginia (DeCastro) Fernandes. She was a graduate of Manchester High School West. She retired from Pandora Industries after 27 years of service. She was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church. Her hobbies included: buying and selling antiques, playing Bingo, going to Foxwoods, reading and doing jigsaw puzzles. She was an avid Red Sox fan.She is predeceased by her husband, Frederick J. Bukowski in 2008 and brothers and sisters. She leaves two sons: Peter J. Bukowski and his wife, Rebecca, of Concord, Mark E. Bukowski and his wife, Linda, of Manchester; two grandchildren: Erik J. Bukowski and Sarah K. Bukowski, both of Manchester; one brother, Manuel Fernandes; and many nieces and nephews.The family thanks everyone at Evergreen Place, the Visiting Nurse Association of Manchester Hospice Care, and Myrtle Manor for the wonderful care she received.Memorial donations may be made to Evergreen Place, 813 Beech St., Manchester, NH 03104.Services: A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 8, at noon at Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Elm Street, Manchester. Urn burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery in Manchester.
