With saddened hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Terry Wooten, Sr. , 64, on October 04, 2023, surrounded by loved ones.

Terry was born on August 04, 1959 to LJ & Faye Wooten in Vicksburg, Mississippi. He is preceded in death by his parents, LJ and Faye Wooten, brother, Tony Wooten, sister, Jeannie Wooten & Grandparents, J.B. and Clarice Sessions and Beatrice Moore.

Terry attended Redwood Elementary and Warren Central High School. He served in the United States Army with an Honorable Discharge. He also enjoyed fishing and hunting throughout his life.

He is survived by his children, Terry Wooten, Jr. (Amy), Joseph Wooten (Angela), Jay Wooten (Kylie) and Justin Wooten (Sara Beth), as well as, his ten grandchildren, followed by his Sister, Kapri Sumrall (Dwayne, Sr.), Brother, Devery Wooten, Niece, Tiffany Ashley (Eric), Nephews, Dwayne Sumrall, Jr. (Kayla), Mark Wooten (Susan), Jake Wooten and Blake Wooten. He also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
