Terri Lee Thurston passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 after a long battle with lung disease. She was born on May 13, 1954 in Glendale, California to Howard and Jean McKnight. She is survived by two daughters, one granddaughter and three grandsons. No funeral services will be held in respect to her wishes.
