On August 20, 2024, God chose to call a beautiful angel home

Tena Lois Alexander McZeal to her eternal home.

Tena was born on December 4th, 1959 in Port Arthur, Texas to the late
 Joseph Alexander and Joan Leviage Grogan. Tena was the 3rd to the eldest child of 9 daughters .

Tena was a resident of Port Arthur, Texas, attended local schools,
and was a 1978 graduate of Stephen F Austin. Tena
 worked as an Nursing Aide for many years at Cypress Glen Nursing Home
 until her health started to declined. Tena was a very
 loving, sweet and independent woman, living a simplistic life. Although her
 health was challenging , She persevered and never gave up.

Tena was preceded in death by her husband Curley Mczeal, her father Joseph Alexander and mother, Joan Grogan Two sisters, Ann and Stella Alexander.

Tena leaves to cherish her memories of 4 children Christina Simon (Jamil) Christopher Alexander (Ronnisha)
Carlton Alexander( Courtney), and Crystal Alexander(Damon) 6 sisters, Pam Alexander( Cornelius) Brigette Alexander, Michael Grogan, Joan Grogan, Jennifer Grogan and Kelly Grogan

Homegoing services will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 31, at First Sixth Street Baptist Church. Pastor Kalan Gardner officiating. Repass will be held at knights of Peter 1001 grannies Ave Port Arthur
