Sybil Hope MELBOURNE(nee MARR)It is with great sadness that we announce Sybil's peaceful passing on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at the age of 72. Sybil was born on May 23, 1944 in Croft's Hill, Clarendon, Jamaica to Joslyn and Letitia Marr. She will be deeply mourned and sorely missed by her husband Byron; her two sons Jason and Johl; their wives, Laurie and Renee; and her three grandchildren, Marley, Clayton and Kaya. She is survived by seven of her siblings: Ewart Marr, Patricia Clarke, Lennox Marr, Jacinth Marr, Herman Marr, Maxine Wilson and Melba Walker, as well as many loving nieces and nephews. The family will be receiving friends at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge St. (south of Steeles Ave.), on Monday, February 13, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Apple Creek Seventh Day Adventist Church, 700 Apple Creek Blvd., Markham, ON L3R 7X9. Interment Elgin Mills Cemetery (1591 Elgin Mills Rd. East, Richmond Hill, Ontario).
